In accordance with New York State Mental Hygiene Law, the Community Services Board of each county has oversight responsibility for all mental health, chemical dependency and developmental disability services that receive state funding.
The Information Technology department is responsible for maintaining and improving the standard operation of computers throughout the county along with assisting county users in achieving their departmental objectives through the efficient use of these resources.

Unless otherwise stated, and approved for a waiver by the Personnel Director, all candidates are required to be legal residents of Clinton County for one month immediately preceding the date of examination. Appointing authorities may give preference to legal residents of their jurisdiction.
