The Clinton County Youth Bureau hires and trains individuals 14 and older to act as Sports Officials for our Youth Sports Leagues. It is the responsibility of each Youth Commissions’ Sports Coordinator to assign officials for their home games from the approved list provided by the Youth Bureau. Sports Officials are in charge of the game, making all decisions and calling all violations. Sports Officials are required to attend the appropriate training sessions for each sport they wish to Officiate.

Only those Officials who have completed the appropriate Sports Official Trainings and all required County Paperwork are eligible for payment.
