Referrals MUST be received by 4:00 PM on the DEADLINE DATE to be placed on the Agenda for the meeting (*with the exception of Tuesday January 27th and Tuesday May 30th, where submittals will need to be received by 12pm). Municipalities must sign off on referrals submitted to Clinton County to be reviewed.
