Continuing Education

Circles half gold half green with black squares

Continuing education programs offer non-credit courses usually at accredited universities and colleges. You will have access to workshops, professional development courses, training, and personal enrichment courses that are available at various fees.   Senior Citizen’s aged 60 and over have the opportunity to audit both non-credit classes and regular classes at the colleges in the area and can qualify for a waiver of tuition.  If a waiver is requested, the person must wait until the day the class begins to contact the school to register.  Waivers can only be granted if there is an available seat in the class.  There are classes/workshops that are not available under the waiver program and the school can be contacted for further information.
