County Departments will be posting informational updates on the status of response information, damage assessments and public safety tips and information related to recovering from a large scale flood. |

NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS:
Clinton County is in the process of collecting data on damages to private property as a result of the 2011 Spring Flooding along county rivers and the shores of Lake Champlain. Residents and business owners impacted by high waters and flooding are asked to complete and submit the Data Collection Form (complete one form for each parcel/addressed property). Forms can be located at the County Office of Emergency Services or at your Town, Village or City Clerks office.
Please complete paper copies of the form and return to your Town, Village or City Clerk, fax to Clinton County Office of Emergency Services (566-1202) or scan and e-mail to clintonflooding@clintonoes.org. The form can also be completed and submitted electronically directly on the On-line Data Collection Form. |
