The 2018 training dates are February 21st & 22nd and June 26th & 27th.   Anyone interested in becoming a Youth Court member must complete an Interest form and mail it to:  Clinton County Youth Bureau, 137 Margaret Street, Plattsburgh, NY 12901 or Fax to: (518) 565-4775
