Clinton County Mental Health and Addiction Services

The department is responsible for the planning, development and coordination of services in the fields of  chemical dependency, mental health, mental retardation and other developmental disabilities within the geographic boundaries of Clinton County.

The department directly operates both mental health and addiction treatment outpatient clinics.  Additional services are provided through contracts with area agencies.
