FILING MAPS

• The original must be printed on paper and filed with one identical copy. 
• Map must show a North direction indicator.
• Completed title block including property name and the town or city where parcel is located.
• Surveyor’s signature and seal
• Size must be either 18" x 24" or 24" x 36"

In addition to all of the above mentioned items, we also need:

• The planning board approval stamp with the chairman’s signature
• Date of the planning board approval
• Must be filed within the time frame designated by town regulations
• Size must be either 18" x 24" or 24" x 36"
