Clute, Clute and Thompson provide legal services to the elderly with priority given to the following areas:
- Public assistance benefit cases (Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare)
- Power of Attorney
- Deeds, titles, life lease
- Landlord/tenant problems
- Marital problems, spousal support
- Consumer problems, telemarketing scams
- Other services on a case-by-case basis
The contract with the Clinton County Office for the Aging does not cover will preparation, fee-generating cases or criminal cases. Services are generally limited to providing advice and documentation preparation and do not include representation in court cases. |
